| Name | Description |

| Name | Name of the code |
| Description | Detailed description of the code |
| Import Value | Value that a code was assigned previously. Usally the same as Report Value |
| Report Value | Value that is typically used when exporting a code by value in a report. |
| Count | Count of responses with this code applied |
| % | Percentage of all responses with this code applied |
| Regular Expression | Regular Expression used to match words or phrases in verbatim responses |
| Color | Color to assign this code. (will show in text or box next to code) |
| Locked | True/False. Indicates this code is locked and cannot be deleted or changed |
| Exclusive | True/False. Indicator that this code when applied must be by itself. |
| Net | Net this code is assigned |
| Creator | User that created the code |
| Created | DateTime that this code was created |
| Updated By | User that last updated the code |
| Updated | DateTime that this code was updated |
