Data Load Manager
The data load manager can be used to import additional data, remove a datapull, or review the current data loaded for a study.
Actions
Run Quick Load
This button starts the Data Importer using the settings from the previous data pull without going through the configuration process. It is only available after a successful data pull.
Note: File imports do not support the Quick Load option since they rely on manually uploaded datafiles.
Run Data Load
This button starts the Data Importer. The Data Importer take you through the process of selecting a source (first time only), configuring the questions and codeframes to import and other options, then starting the import.
Delete
Marks this data pull as deleted. All data for this data pull will be removed from the system.
Data Load Table
List of all the data pulls that have been executed for this study. View more detail about an individual datapull by clicking on a data pull row.
Data Load Detail
Name | Description |
---|---|
Date Loaded | Date the data load occured |
User | User name associated with the data load |
Status | Current state of the data load Completed, Failed or Processing |
Respondents Loaded | Count of total respondents for the data load. |
Responses Loaded | Count of total responses for the data load. |
Question(s) Table
List of all the questions associated with a particular data pull. Display question details by clicking on the data pull row.

New Responses | Count of how many new responses were added to this question |
New Respondents | Count of how many new respondents were added to this question |
Existing Responses | Count of how many responses were duplicates of data already imported for this question |
Existing Respondents | Count of how many respondents already existed for this question |
Deleted Responses | Count of how many responses were deleted from this question |
Deleted Respondents | Count of how many respondents were deleted from this question |
Total Responses | Count of total responses for this question |
Total Respondents | Count of total respondents for this question |
