How To Code Responses Referencing Concept Images

Sometimes in the Coder Screen, when coding responses that are referring to an image or other content, it's helpful to be able to refer to the image while coding. In Colibri, these images and other files can be uploaded either for the entire study or for a specific codeframe.

Viewing Concept Images and Files during Coding

In the Coder Screen, to view the concept files and images, click the File icon at the bottom left of the Coder screen footer. This will open the Files dialog which lists the files for the study and the files for the current codeframe. You can either download the files to view on your computer or you can click an option to view the file in a new tab.

Uploading Concept Images and Files

If concept images or files need to be added to Colibri, they can be uploaded in the Files tab of the Study Manager screen. They can be uploaded, downloaded, and managed from that tab. They will either be uploaded into the Study files or into the selected Codeframe's files.
