Data Importer - Import File Step
After choosing Import From a File, the data needs to be uploaded to Colibri to start the process.
Add Datafile
Add a Datafile to import. The datafile needs to contain the RID column and columns for the question responses. The datafile can be an Excel file or a txt/csv file.
Datafile
A datafile contains the raw respondent level data you wish to import. A data file must contain the RID column which represents a unique respondent identifier. Datafiles can be an Excel file or a txt/csv file.
Respondent Identifier and Question Data Columns

| RID | Unique respondent identifier |
| QuestionID in Column Name (1 or more) | Include as many unique question columns as needed with the question's import ID as the column name |
Next Step: Select Questions To Import
Click Next to upload the file and move to the next step to select the questions to import. If there is an issue with the import, an error notification message will show at the top of the screen. Contact support if you need help resolving the issue.
