Organization Management Screen
The screen contains all the Admin features at the organization level. Navigate to manage different area with the links on the left:
Users
The User Manager screen is used to manage the organization's users. It allows admins to manage the roles and active status of the users, by clicking the Role dropdown or using the Is Active checkbox in the user list.
To find the users, you can filter them by active status or by searching with a search term:
To add or remove users to the organization, use the Add/Remove Users button to open the SaaS user management page in a new window:

Clients
The Clients screen is used to manage the client users. Clients are non-coding users that can view codeframes, run QC checks, view files, and run reports, as well as chat with others in a codeframe and add response notes and response tags.
Study Types
Study Types are set up for different types of Study Data that can be imported.
Global Tags
Global Tags are response tags that can be applied to responses in any project or codeframe.
QC Checklist
The QC Checklist is a custom list of items that define necessary QC steps for Coders to sign off on.
Billing Transactions
Billing Transactions allows reviewing the transactions for the organization for billed actions like coding. Feature coming soon.
