Respondent Manager
View, delete, or restore respondents that have been imported for a particular study.
Respondents Action Bar
Provides a way to export displayed respondents, to filter the list of respondents shown, and to delete or restore any selected respondents.
Actions
Export Respondents
Download a comma delimited file of displayed respondents
Status Filter
Filters the respondent list by All, Active, or Deleted respondents.
Search
Click the Search button to open the search dialog.
The respondent search dialog appears where a list of respondent ids can be entered. This will then restrict the displayed respondents to only those ids.
Delete Selected
Deletes the respondents that have been selected. Options include a soft delete (respondents can be restored), or a hard delete (respondents can not be restored).
Restore Selected
Restores the status of the selected soft deleted respondents to Active.
Clear filters
Resets the respondent view back to its original state of All respondents.
Respondent List
Lists details about each respondent.
Column | Description |

Respondent ID | Primary ID associated with the respondent (RID) during Import of files |
Alternate ID | Alternate ID associated with the respondent (ARID) during Import of files |
Status | Status of the current respondent: Active or Deleted |
Date Loaded | DateTime that a respondent was loaded into the system |
Respondent Counts
The footer at the bottom displays counts for the respondents and the selected filters in the current view. It shows the counts for Total, Active, Deleted, and Selected respondents.
