Standard Reports Screen
These preconfigured reports provide a few options for customization, but otherwise do not change. Click on one of the options to move to the next step:
Coded Verbatim Report
The Coded Verbatim Report is an Excel Report with Respondent rows showing with Unique ID, verbatim response and codes applied. Select the preferred options on the first step below.
Options
Name | Description |

Seperate Worksheets | Controls whether or not each selected question is outputted in its own tab. When selected each question will be placed in its own tab and when not selected there will only be a single tab for all questions. |
Limit to Max Codes | Limits the number of codes exported for each response. Max codes can be set per question with the Question Manager |
Dichotomous Data | Export Coded Verbatims as dichotomous data (code name column contains 1 or 0s. 1 = yes 0 = no) |
Export Nets | Export nets in the coded verbatim report |
Set Verbatic Colors | Choose a color to highlight verbatim column headers in the report |
Report Format | Export format for the report. Options are SPSS and Excel. |
Questions
Select which questions should be included in the report. You can find questions by filtering them by type or by text search. Use the checkboxes to select the questions to include in the report.
After selecting the question, click Next to edit filters on the export or click Run Report to export the report with no filters.
Filters
On the final step, if you need to filter the data, click Add Report Filters to begin adding filters to the report. Once the filters are setup as you prefer, click Run Report to export the report.
Filters can be added for any Var type question that is included in the report. After adding all the preferred filter(s), click Run Report to export the report with the filter(s) applied.
Counts And Crosstabulations Report
The Counts And Crosstabulations Report is used to export an Excel Report with Codeframe Summaries on Separate Sheets.
Select Options
Select the preferred options on the first step below. Make sure and scroll down to see all of the options. See the descriptions below for more information. Click Next to move to the next step.
Options

Separate Worksheets | Place each question/codeframe on a separate worksheet when exporting. |
Breakdown Individual Questions on Shared Codeframe | Breakdown counts by question in the banner. Selected Codeframe questions are placed in the banner |
100% Coded Only | Only export/count question that are 100% coded. |
Limit to Max Codes | Limits the number of codes exported for each response. Max codes can be set per question with the Question Manager |
Include Table of Contents | Include a Table of Contents on a separate worksheet when exporting. |
Display Options
Configure the display options for the report.
Name | Description |

Suppress Low Mentions | Limit Nets/Codes that are displayed in the report. |
Code/Net Display Options | Select one of: Show Codes Only, Show Nets Only, or Show Codes and Nets |
Level Display Options | Display all levels of nested codes, or select a range of levels to show with the dropdown, from just Level 1 to Level 1-10. |
Statistic Options
Determine which statistics should be included in the report.

Include Counts | Include a frequencies worksheet for each question in the output. |
Include Percents | Include a percents worksheet for each question in the output. |
Include Combined Frequencies and Percents (One Cell) | Include Combined Counts and Percents in the output in a single cell. |
Include Combined Frequencies and Percents (Side-By-Side) | Include Combined Counts and Percents in the output in two side by side cells. |
Rank Results | Rank the results by Total in descending order. |
Select Questions
Stub (Row) Questions
On the left, select which Questions to include in the Stubs or Rows of the crosstabulations report. Coded type questions are available for selection.
Banner (Columns) Questions
On the right, select which Questions to include in the Banner or Columns of the crosstabulations report. Non-coded variable type questions are available for selection.
Standard Filters Available
By clicking Next instead of Run Report on the Questions step, you can use the same filtering options that are available in the Coded Verbatim Report.
