Study Coders

Manage assignments of coders to specific questions. For example, if John should have access to code Q1 and Mary should have access to Q2 then you can assign Q1 to John and Q2 to Mary.

In this example, Robert Smith is assigned to the two available questions. The assignment is shown both on the questions and the users.

Question Panel

Lists the Questions that are available in the study.

How To Use

To assign a question to a user:

1. Find the question in the Questions panel.
2. For assigning multiple questions, us e the checkboxes to select the desired questions.
3. Find the desired users in the Users panel. Drag and drop the user(s) onto the question for a single assignment or onto one of the selected questions for multiple assignment.

To remove a user from a question:

1. Find the question in the Questions panel where the assigned coders are displayed on the right side of the question box.
2. Click on the (X) associated with the user to be removed.

User Panel

Lists the Organization Users available for assignment to a question, and provides the following actions.

How To Use

To assign a user to a question:

1. Find the user in the Users panel.
2. Drag and drop the user on the desired question(s).
3. For assigning multiple users, use the checkboxes to select all of the users. Then drag and drop them on the desired question(s).

To remove a question from a user:

1. Find the user in the Users panel.
2. Click on the (X) associated with the question to be removed.
